- CAPS-lomakkeen (Clinician-Administred PTSD Scale) mukainen diagnostiikka on kuvattu DSM-diagnostiikan kultaisena standardina strukturoidun diagnostisen haastattelun ohella.
- Lomakkeen päivitetty DSM-5-diagnostiikan mukainen versio CAPS-5 (tarkasteluajankohta viimeinen kuukausi) on saatavilla Mielenterveystalo -portaalin «http://www.mielenterveystalo.fi/»1 ammattilaisten osiosta mittaripankista. Lupa suomennokseen ja suomennetun lomakkeen julkaisuun on saatu mittarin kehittäjältä.
