- PTSD Checklist (PCL) on tutkittavan itse täyttämä lomake PTSD:n seulontaan.
- Uusin päivitetty PCL-5:n versio vastaa DSM-5:n mukaisia diagnostisia kriteerejä. Kysymyksiä on yhteensä 20, vastausvaihtoehdot pisteytetään 0–4 ja summapistemäärä on 0–80. Eri aineistoilla suositellaan hiukan toisistaan poikkeavia summapistemääriä katkaisurajaksi. Useimmin on suositeltu 31–33 pisteen katkaisurajaa, sotaveteraaneilla hiukan korkeampaa 37.
- Mittari on vapaasti käytettävissä voittoa tavoittelemattomaan käyttöön. Lomake on saatavilla Mielenterveystalo -portaalin «http://www.mielenterveystalo.fi/»1 ammattilaisten osiosta mittaripankista suomenkielisenä.
