  • Tuoreiden tutkimusten perusteella voidaan todeta, että uni, ravinto ja fyysinen aktiivisuus ovat tärkeitä painonhallinnalle. Näistä kolmesta syömistään ja liikkumistaan jokainen voi tietoisesti omilla päätöksillään hallita. Sitä vastoin nukahtamisen jälkeen emme voi hallita unta, mutta tästä huolimatta jokainen voi oivaltaa ja oppia, miten paitsi välttää unta haittaavia tapoja myös suosia unta edistäviä tottumuksia.
