The differences between pressure lowering effect of fixed combination drugs are small with the combination of prostglandin analaogues/timolol lowering pressure more than other combinations.

Systematic Review

Latanoprost/timolol combination is as effective as travoprost/timolol and dorzolamide/timolol combinations but worse than bimatoprost/timolol comibination in controlling mean IOP and IOP fluctuation for POAG or OHT patients.
