Taulukkoon «Ruoka-allergioiden esiintyvyys»1 on kerätty tietoa ruoka-allergian esiintyvyydestä ja esiintyvyyden eroista eri maissa. Osa luvuista on itse raportoituja, osa herkistymiseen perustuvia ja osa altistuksella varmistettuja. Erilaisten tutkimusmenetelmien vuoksi maiden välisiin eroihin tuleekin suhtautua varauksella.
